Once you’ve made contact with us to receive a quote, we will arrange a time to meet you at your facility for a Site Evaluation.

The Site Evaluation process involves:

Organising an appointment at a time that suits you, with a dedicated cleaning professional

Devising a cleaning plan developed specifically for you and your cleaning needs

After a cleaning plan is agreed upon, the Diamond Shine Cleaning team will visit your facility for a Site Induction.

The Site Induction process involves:

Once the Site Induction and Evaluation are completed and you are happy to proceed, we then move to the Cleaning Service.
Once the specific cleaning requirements for the job in question have been reviewed and confirmed, your Diamond Shine cleaning services will commence!​
